It’s the end of 2025…what will you do different for your hair in 2026?

Wow! Another year almost over with. How can that be??? Isn’t it really crazy how fast time seems to fly by the older we get? With that being said, it’s vital that we take “inventory” in how much time we spend on our hair to keep it as healthy as it can be regarding our products, tools, and time invested during styling and maintenance.

Do you use a filtered shower head? Or is there one sitting in your Amazon cart and you just haven’t taken the time to order it, let alone get one and install it?

Have you looked at the ingredients in your shampoo? Are you making sure it is ‘sulfate free’ ? Or have you only THOUGHT about the fact that you should probably just switch to a better brand?

Booking ahead for your next trim appointment can seem daunting when you have no idea what you are doing next weekend, let alone 6-8 weeks from now. Trust me, it’s ALWAYS best to just get the appointment booked so that when the email or text reminders come in, you will see how fast time went by since your last visit and you’ll be glad something was penciled in.

Not only should we take the time to literally do what we can for the best hair possible, it’s mainly about taking time for YOU!!! Self care is so important and we are a rushed, busy society. Coming here. Going there. Making very little time for ourselves in general. Of course hair care is important, but it’s also about carving out that time for peace, quiet, decompression, venting, and putting yourself first a little for just a SMIDGE of time in the big scheme of things.

So as this year of 2025 ends, think about your “resolutions” or those things you want to work on and change… add to that list putting yourself first, your hair WILL thank you!!!
